How can I rent the space?
Send us an inquiry here and let us know which space you are interested and what you plan on doing. We will get back to you as soon as we can regarding availability.
Is parking available onsite?
There is free street parking directly in front until of the building on Pulaski Road all day with the exception of 4PM-6PM. Additional free parking can be found on Wrightwood Avenue. If you would like us to assist in valet services we are happy to coordinate.
Where should I load?
Depending on which space you rented, there are several areas to load in, both from the alley and off Pulaski Road. Upon booking we will assist you with finding the best spot for you to load in.
can I host an event that serves alcohol?
As of now Breakfast Studios offers NA event rentals, but event rentals featuring alcohol are coming in 2027!
Is nudity allowed within Breakfast studios
Yes! You may be nude if your heart desires and our spaces are private with extra measures that can be taken to prevent other’s from sneaking a peek. Common spaces and exteriors have security cameras that cannot be turned off for safety reasons.
Are animals allowed?
Of course! Any animal that is legal within the state of Illinois is welcome at Breakfast Studios.
how many bathrooms are onsite?
There are currently 2 private bathrooms at Breakfast Studios with plans to add 11 more in 2027.
is there an easy way to stay up to date on whats happening at the studio?

Is Breakfast Studios haunted? - Long ago, the building was home to a stone cutting facility with large saws, deep drains, and massive slabs of marble. Although there are no confirmed deaths that have taken place on site, there have been a few reports of potentially paranormal activity.
