The Pink Room
Overview
Designed by award winning, Berlin based, Jäll & Tofta, the floor to ceiling Pink Room is the perfect backdrop for a surreal shoot, and could function as a cafe, bar, office break room, lounge, club, retail space, etc. The room features custom green cabinetry, blue VOLA sink faucets, a fridge/freezer, curved tile bar, checkered banquet seating, designer dining chairs, curved glass block private room, blue tile countertops, and floor to west facing frosted windows.
The connected bathroom is features 360 mirrored walls, a pink toilet and custom curved tile sink. Color tunable lighting and built in Sonos speakers let you change up the vibe to your liking!

Studio A
Overview
Want a ground floor studio with white walls, 16 foot ceilings, and a wall filled with jumbo props? Well then Studio A might be for you! 2000 ft² of glossy concrete floors, a conference table that looks like a giant keyboard, glass block windows, yellow Chiclet sofa, and the ability to double the size of the space by opening the electric garage door into Studio B make this space extremely versatile.

Studio B
Overview
Directly adjacent to Studio A sits Studio B! This space also features 16 foot ceilings, white brick walls, 2000 ft² of glossy concrete floors, a skylight, and glass block windows, but also boasts direct access to the alley via electric garage door. Store cold things in the 2 door fridge (and even colder things in the chest freezer) and hang your clothes on the included wardrobe rack.

The Factory*

Overview
Designed by Chicago’s Range Design & Architecture, the Factory will feature 12,000 ft² of space for your next function be it a wedding, mitzvah, chef lead dinner, rave, birthday party, magazine launch, night market, music video, fashion show, company off-site, charity gala, secret society meeting, or whatever your heart desires.
Enjoy amenities such as front of house garage access for food trucks, back of house garage access for caterers, fully color tunable house lights, a custom glass block bar, upper mezzanine for lounging, 10 gender neutrals bathrooms, and a separate lobby with coat check room.
Enjoy a-la-carte or combine with any of the other spaces at Breakfast Studios for maximum customization and elbow room.

The Kitchen*

Overview
Our “show kitchen” as we call it has direct access to The Factory, but can be rented separately for productions done elsewhere within Breakfast Studios or a-la-carte. Use it as the backdrop for your photo or video shoot, livestream a cooking tutorial, or just get out of your house to bake a cake. Coming in 2027!
